PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is upfront through PayPal invoices only. Your commission won't be started until it is paid for in full.- Prices listed are base prices, so they are subject to change based on complexity of request. Prices are non-negotiable. Commercial use of commissions is 2x the original price.- There are no refunds or cancelations once the drawing process has started.- The first two revisions in the sketch phase are free of charge, along with one major revision. If there is more than one major revision, there will be a fee.- You will have a week to pay the invoice sent. If you do not pay by the due date, your commission will be canceled.

PROCESS AND TIMING
Please allow between 1-6 weeks for commission completion. (unless prevented by unforeseen circumstances that I will inform you of). I will not accept short deadlines.♡ I reserve the right to reject a commission if I am not comfortable drawing it. Please refrain from being rude/inappropriate towards me or it will result in blacklisting. I have the right to refuse service or cancel a commission at any time in this scenario.♡ Occasional updates on your piece will be sent to you via email or your social media of choice. Commission progress can also be found HERE!♡ Fill out the application form in the "How to Commission" tab. Once filled out, message it to me. Please have references of the character you want drawn for me in order to complete your commission. I do not do commissions based on text.♡ Rights are reserved to publicly post your commission process and finished piece on social media. If you wish for your commission to be kept private and not be posted, let me know in advance.♡ Once complete, the commission will be sent to your email or Google Drive.

COPYRIGHT
You do not own rights to the drawing itself. All artwork is for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, this means you can claim the rights of your own character(s) and can share the work on social media/use as a wallpaper/icon or on Toyhouse.- Do not recreate or reproduce a commission, take credit for my work, edit the work given, or re-sell the work commercially as your own without my consent.
- Do not remove my watermark.
- NFTs and AI is strictly PROHIBITED.
- I have rights over the commission to use for my portfolio, as commission samples, and posting it on social media. if you do not want your commission posted on social media and you want it to be private, let me know in advance.
